Pastry Menu

Great pastry takes care and our bakers are committed to every extra step required to ensure that our handmade croissants, Danish and both sweet and savory pastry items are as buttery, flaky and beautiful on your palette as they are to your eyes. We carefully roll-in sweet, European-style butter and create all of our own curds, custards, and seasonal fruit, nut and savory fillings from scratch. We use only pure, highest quality ingredients like Callebaut bittersweet Belgian chocolate, Vermont maple syrup, Swiss Gruyere, Cypress Grove Goat cheese and imported Parma ham.

Baking in small batches allows us a certain production flexibility, which means that on a day-to- day basis, there may be some inspired and spontaneous decision making and baking going on in our kitchen. So please be sure to ask us about things that may not be reflected on this menu.
