OUR CAKES
People love cake and so do we! Our four-layer
butter cream or mascarpone cream cheese frosted cakes are
as delicious as they are beautiful: simple, pure and true in both
flavor and design with a perfect proportion of moist cake to creamy
frosting.
A light but knowing touch lets highest quality
ingredients speak for themselves: our ganache is a decadent suspension
of chocolate and cream, our chiffon is light, spiked with hand-cut
vanilla beans. We use Cocoa Barry, lots of pure vanilla, bright
lemon zest, fresh shredded coconut, house made raspberry puree,
and oven-toasted nuts.
All cakes are best served at room temperature.
We recommend removing the cake from your refrigerator 2 to 3
hours prior to serving.

PINK CAKE
YES it’s pink – not from food coloring but
from French raspberry puree. Rich devil’s food cake filled and
topped with raspberry buttercream and chocolate ganache.
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
Belgian chocolate, butter, eggs, and a touch
of orange liquor make it a decadent dessert. Topped with ganache
and white chocolate curls. (6 inch $16.50 8 inch $26.00)
CARROT CAKE
Spicy layers of organic carrots, ground walnuts
and raisins. Topped with cream cheese mascarpone frosting.
SUPER DUPER CHOCOLATE CAKE
Just like it says! Four rich layers of devils
food cake, chocolate ganache and French chocolate buttercream.

We also do custom wedding cakes. Please contact Erin to
arrange for a cake consultation and tasting. A tasting fee of
$10 will be charged for up to three cakes, this cost will be
applied towards the final cake charge.

Baking in small-batches
allows us a certain production flexibility, which means that on
a day-to-day basis, there may be some inspired and spontaneous
decision making and baking going on in our kitchen. So, please
be sure to ask us about things that may not be reflected on this
menu including custom combinations and tastings for wedding and
other special occasion cakes.
