*Please note: these cakes are always best served at Room Temperature!  They are kept cold here at the bakery but when given time out of the fridge, the flavors are able to meld and the icing softens to it’s ideal creamy texture.  Please allow plenty of time between when you plan to pick up and when you plan to serve (3-4hrs are recommended for a 6″ cake)

Classic Layer Cakes:

Pink Cake: Devil’s food cake coated with chocolate ganache, layered and iced with raspberry buttercream- our most popular cake

Classic Birthday: Our buttery gold cake coated with chocolate ganache, layered and iced with chocolate buttercream

Super Duper: Super chocolaty, super delicious! Devil’s food cake smeared with chocolate ganache, layered and finished with chocolate buttercream

Latte Cake: Gold cake brushed with espresso simple syrup, layered and finished with espresso buttercream

Mocha Cake: Coffee and chocolate were made for each other… devil’s food cake brushed with espresso syrup, layered and finished in espresso buttercream

Black & White: Devil’s food cake with chocolate ganache; filled & finished with vanilla buttercream topped off with a circle of ganache kisses

Vanilla Dream: This one’s for the vanilla lovers! Our buttery gold cake brushed with vanilla syrup & layered with vanilla bean buttercream

Mocha Almond: A fragrant, moist cake layered with chocolate ganache and espresso buttercream frosting left open sided to sweetly display each layer of cake and frosting

Deluxe Layer Cakes:

Lovely Lemon: Light lemon chiffon cake is layered with tart lemon curd and finished with lemon buttercream icing. *This cake is topped with beautiful yellow curd so with pre-order any writing will be done in white chocolate rather than ganache 

Coconut Cream: Our buttery gold cake is brushed with coconut milk then filled with coconut pastry cream.  Iced in buttercream & finished off with fluffy shaved coconut, this is a beautiful addition to any dessert table. *this cake is covered in coconut- if you would like writing, we will refrain from putting coconut on top to allow for the writing.

German Chocolate: Devil’s food cake with ganache and toasted pecan & coconut filling.  A classic like you’ve never had it, this guy is finished with deep dark chocolate and topped with its filling- it is fearlessly decadent! *this cake is topped with it’s pecan filling so though writing is available, it may be a bit lumpy!

Flourless Chocolate Cakes:
Belgian chocolate, butter, eggs and a touch of orange liquor make this a decadent dessert. These cakes are a single layer topped with satiny ganache and finished with white chocolate curls & sugared cranberries for the season. – no decoration available

The Details:

Have us decorate your cake with fondant polka dots or flowers – pricing starts at $6 for a 6”cake.

We request 72 hrs lead time for all cake orders, otherwise, we invite you to call and ask what 6” layer cakes we have in stock daily.

Individual tartlets and cakelets available daily

9″ cream tarts and 9” lemon tarts available with 24 hours notice
