Pastry Menu

Great pastry takes care and our bakers are committed to every extra step required to ensure that our handmade croissants, Danish and both sweet and savory pastry items are as buttery, flaky and beautiful on your palette as they are to your eyes. We carefully roll-in sweet, European-style butter and create all of our own curds, custards, and seasonal fruit, nut and savory fillings from scratch. We use only pure, highest quality ingredients like Callebaut bittersweet Belgian chocolate, Vermont maple syrup, Swiss Gruyere, Cypress Grove Goat cheese and imported Parma ham.

Morning Pastry
Butter croissant. no funny business, just layers and layers of buttery pastry.
Chocolate croissant. filled with dark dense chocolate, just right.
Katie bun. danish pastry covered in brown sugar, cinnamon and golden raisins.Ham & gruyere croissant. applewood smoked ham, gruyere cheese.

Maple twist. danish pastry drizzled with vermont maple glaze, there’s no turning back from this one.

Danish. a spiral of pastry crowned with a rhubarb & cream cheese filling and topped with citrus glaze.

Hand pie. the Baker&Spice original. it’s pastry, it’s fruit, it’s portable.

Savory galettes. rustic pastry loaded with seasonal produce & cheese.

Whole Wheat Croissant. tender and light, topped with poppy, sesame & sea salt

Baking in small batches allows us a certain production flexibility, which means that on a day-to- day basis, there may be some inspired decision making and baking going on in our kitchen. So please feel free to ask us about things that may not be reflected on this menu.
